Smartbee.az reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time and in our sole discretion. If you do not agree to these amendments, you must discontinue using the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the Terms of Use have been amended will constitute your acceptance of the new or amended terms.
Use of the service; restrictions
Subject to the Terms of Use, you are granted the right to use the Service. The Service or any feature or portion thereof may not be available in all languages or countries. Smartbee.az makes no warranty that the Service or any feature or portion thereof will be available in any particular location.

Smartbee.az or its licensors or suppliers shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from the use, misuse, reliance on, inability to use, interruption, suspension or termination of the service, including but not limited to system errors, network attacks, planned or unplanned maintenance interruptions.
You acknowledge and agree that the Service contains proprietary content, information and materials owned or licensed by smartbee.az and its licensors and suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including copyright, patent, trademark and trade secret laws, and you agree that you will not use such proprietary content, information and materials in a manner that violates these Terms of Use or infringes the intellectual property rights of smartbee.az or any third party. No part of the Service, including any Content, may be reproduced in whole or in part, and you may be liable for any such unauthorized copying or disclosure.
Smartbee.az, the smartbee.az logo and other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos of other companies used in connection with the Service are trademarks of their respective companies or registered trademarks in their respective countries. Other trademarks or logos used in connection with the Service may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are not granted any right or license to any of the above trademarks, and you agree not to abbreviate or alter any proprietary notices (including trademark and copyright notices) provided within the Service.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan (excluding its conflict of law principles). You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan and do not object to such venue or venue. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or part thereof unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.
