These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan (excluding conflict of law principles). You consent to the consideration of matters in the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan and do not object to this venue and jurisdiction. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or part thereof unconstitutional, the remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue to apply in full force and effect.
