The scope of the Integrated Management System (IMS) at Smartbee company includes all processes and activities related to the provision of digital solutions and advertising services, including the software development as a service, covering requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, operational support, and continuous improvement.
Smartbee is fully committed to safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information assets and client data. In alignment with this commitment, Smartbee’s Integrated Management Policy is built upon internationally recognized standards and best practices, particularly ISO/IEC 27001 for information security and ISO 9001 for quality management. These frameworks guide the company in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an integrated management system that ensures the security, reliability, and quality of its services.
Our commitment includes the following principles:
- Ensure all business activities conform to applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, including data protection laws, intellectual property rights, and international standards relevant to information security and digital advertising.
- Protect physical and digital assets, including customer data, advertising analytics, platform source code, and infrastructure configurations, from unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, or misuse across all operational environments.
- Deliver reliable and secure digital advertising and software solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations, with consistent service levels and transparent communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Require all suppliers, contractors, and service providers to comply with Smartbee’s security requirements and conduct necessary due diligence and risk assessments for any supplied services and outsourced operations.
- Continuously assess and manage security risks using a risk-based approach. Implement controls proportionate to risk levels and maintain a resilient and secure infrastructure capable of responding to evolving threats.
- Ensure that all employees understand their roles in protecting information through regular training, security awareness programs, and defined responsibilities that contribute to maintaining IMS effectiveness.
- Maintain structured processes for detecting, reporting, responding to, and learning from security incidents or system vulnerabilities to prevent recurrence and ensure business continuity.
- Periodically review the IMS and its supporting policies and controls to reflect technological developments, business needs, and emerging threats, with the aim of enhancing security maturity and effectiveness.
This Integrated Management Policy is communicated to all Smartbee personnel and relevant external parties. Each employee is responsible for adhering to its principles and contributing to the implementation of secure practices within their areas of responsibility. The policy shall be reviewed regularly and updated as needed to remain aligned with organizational objectives, stakeholder expectations, and the changing threat landscape.
